Extend a Hand of Hope: Share Your Story of Recovery

Join us in sharing your valuable experience, strength, and hope with those still battling addiction.

Do you remember how it felt to be new and vulnerable in a detox or treatment centre? Make a profound impact on those who need it most.

Giving back is a wonderful opportunity. With just 90 days of sobriety, you can share your journey of staying clean and sober with someone who is only days or even hours into their recovery.

Reach out to Tyler, the Hospitals and Institutions Vice Chair, who can connect you with a detox or treatment centre to share your story.

Public Information

Curious about service? Want to help carry the message of recovery beyond our meeting rooms?
Come join the Public Information (PI) Committee!

Our PI Committee helps introduce Cocaine Anonymous to the wider world — whether that’s handing out literature, talking with professionals, putting up posters, or just brainstorming new ways to let people know We’re Here and We’re Free™

This is not about being a “professional speaker” or having all the answers. It’s about showing up, learning together, and helping the still-suffering addict find a way out. If you can smile, share your experience, or help carry a stack of pamphlets — you’re qualified!

    ✨ No previous experience required.
    ✨ All ideas welcome.
✨ A fun, low-pressure way to do             service.

Why Come?

  • To be part of the solution: help more people find their way to recovery.
  • To learn new skills: outreach, collaboration, creativity.
  • To connect with others in service who want to give back.
  • Because it’s fun — yes, we do serious work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Come check it out — even if you just want to listen in. You might be surprised at how much you enjoy it.

Public Information: Carrying the message, one poster, one conversation, one addict at a time.
